Return Policy

At VPD, we take great care in delivering your products in the best condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product was received in damaged or spoiled condition

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is missing essential components (if applicable)

To raise a return request:

  1. Contact our customer support team within Same Day.

  2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are delivered with errors or defects.

  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind or if the delivery was delayed due to reasons beyond our control (such as weather or traffic delays).

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
