After placing the order and making payment, our team will contact you to confirm service timings and logistics. These services may be carried out by third-party providers, and VPD acts solely as a facilitator for your convenience. While we take reasonable steps to ensure a secure service environment, we encourage customers to remain cautious and maintain personal safety and privacy. Always verify the identity of visiting personnel and confirm their assignment with a VPD representative. It is advisable for you or a trusted person to be present throughout the service duration. VPD is not responsible for any loss or missing items during the service. Should you have any concerns or complaints, please reach out to us within 2 hours of the service completion. Complaints raised beyond this time frame may not be entertained.

If your booking involves a venue such as a hotel, it is your responsibility to secure necessary permissions from the venue authorities. VPD shall not be held liable for cancellations or refunds if appropriate permissions are not obtained in advance.
